Annual Meeting- Each May, the chamber hosts its largest event of the year! Enjoy an evening of delicious food, entertainment and congratulate the winners of the various annual awards!
Business After Hours- This popular chamber event is ideal for relaxing, meeting and mingling after work! Different members host this event each quarter and there is always plenty of food and door prizes! For more information contact Jill Robinson.
Business Over Breakfast- This quarterly event promotes community businesses and informs Opelika Chamber members of local and state activities. Small Business of the Quarter is awarded at the breakfast. For more information contact Jill Robinson.
Candidates’ Forum- This program is coordinated as needed for local elections. Constituents are invited to experience a question and answer session.
Christmas Parade- The Chamber launches the holiday season with the annual parade. The parade is always the Wednesday after Thanksgiving and the route weaves through downtown Opelika. For more information contact Vivian Anthony.
City Employee Cook-out- This is our way of thanking the city employees for the hard work they do throughout the year. For more information on this December event, contact Vivian Anthony.

Golf Tournament- Looking to get out of the office, enjoy the spring weather and network with local business people? The Annual Golf Tournament host 30 member teams each year so don’t miss the fun! For more information, contact Jill Robinson.
Industry Fair- Local high school students spend the day touring Southern Union’s Technical Program while meeting with local industries to better understand educational requirements, salary, skill sets and more. For more information, contact Dinah Motley.
Job Fair- In effort to bring job seekers and employers together, the chamber partners with local organizations to coordinate the annual Job Fair. For more information contact Dinah Motley.
Member Christmas Reception- Celebrate the holiday cheer with the last event of the year! SCORE, Keep Opelika Beautiful and Auburn Opelika Tourism Bureau team up with the chamber to thank our members for a successful year!
