Wendi
Routhier
President
Wendi’s responsibilities include overseeing the
day-to-day operations of the Chamber office as well
as communicating all program and budget proposals for
Board consideration. She sits on various boards and
is responsible for developing and maintaining close
working relationships with the city, county and state
governments and their applicable agencies, especially
the Economic Development office for the City of Opelika.
Wendi, a native of Newnan, GA, has a B.S. in Political
Science from North Georgia College and a M.Ed. in Higher
Education Administration from Auburn University. Wendi
spent eight years in student affairs and five years
in outside sales before taking her present position
as President of the Opelika Chamber.

Jill Robinson
Membership Director
Jill is a native of Opelika and has more than 15 years of sales, management, public relations and marketing experience". Jill's responsibilities include all matters pertaining to membership in the Chamber including recruitment, retention, benefits and programming. She also coordinates the Ambassadors program, the Golf committee, Business after Hours events and all other member events."

Tipi Miller
Business Development Director
Tipi's responsibilities include developing publications, media relations, special events and working with the Education Committee. Tipi is a native of Opelika and has a B.S. in Logistics from Auburn University." Email: tmiller@opelika.com
Vivian Anthony
Office Administrative Executive & Administrative Assistant
Vivian's responsibilities include coordinating and directing supportive services, handling the Chamber's human resources, and assisting the president. She is also the telecommunications coordinator, systems coordinator and data processor. Vivian is a native of Opelika and received her education from Alabama State and Auburn University as well as AIBT Technical Institute.

The Opelika Chamber of Commerce offers semester
long internships to those interested in Chamber work.
You must be at least a junior in college to participate.
The program seeks qualified students in Communications,
Public Relations, Marketing and other related fields.
