Microsoft Word for Beginners
Learn to create, save, format, and edit documents. Receive tips on efficient navigation and shortcuts. Explore the toolbars and menus of MS Word and learn how they can increase your productivity.
When: Wednesday, April 2 from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. (1 meeting only)

Microsoft Word – Intermediate
Discover the effective and efficient techniques for workplace and personal use. Receive tips for creating tables, columns, mail merges, and templates. Learn about the uses of Word to personalize, enhance, and create professional documents. Create custom templates, business cards, and labels. Learn about basic desktop publishing.

With PowerPoint you can project your presentation directly from your computer, make color slides, or print color transparencies all by simply typing in an outline. Learn how to set up a presentation, use the Master Slide to save time, import outlines from word processing files, insert photos, edit clipart, and more.

Microsoft Access for Beginners
Creating databases to organize data into useful information can be just a click away when using Microsoft Access. Find out how to utilize this software to organize inventory supplies, employee records, personal information, special collections, etc. Discover the benefits of using an electronic database for sorting and filing important information. Create a database, use tables/queries/reports/forms, and import/export information into/from Access.
