Creating a Comprehensive Workforce Development Plan
- Who: Invited state, county, and local officials; manufacturing and educational partners; and other community leaders that work to ensure a viable, trained regional workforce.
- What: Summit designed to identify current and future employment trends and job training needs in Lee County and the East Alabama area, as the first step in creating a comprehensive workforce development plan. After input from summit delegates, the planning process will be facilitated by The Alabama Office of Workforce Development.
